RESTAURANT TERCHOVSKA KOLIBA DIERY - PROPER SLOVAK KOLIBA WITH HOMEMADE FOOD
Restaurant Terchovska Koliba Diery, is a very well known and renowned restaurant in Terchova, situated on the ground floor as a direct part of our Hotel Diery***. Our homemade cuisine is based on fresh and local ingredients as well as traditional way of preparation according to old receipes. Besides this restaurant Hotel Diery*** also offers big restaurant on the 1st floor, used as the restaurant for breakfast and for the rest of the day as the hotel lobby. It can also be used as the Conference room with capacity up to 130 guests or the wedding room with capacity up to 90 guests.
You can also visit our traditional slovak pub Besiedka, offering draft beverages, beer from tank, some pub food and during summer homemade ice cream.

The capacity of our restaurant Terchovska Koliba Diery is 90 persons in two separate non-smoking rooms (60+30), during winter with cosy fireplace, during summer with pleasant sunny terrace for another 60 persons. Part of the restaurant is dedicated to children's Corner and also outside children's palyground.
