- What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Are pets allowed? Yes, Hotel Diery*** is pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome for a small fee and can join you in your room and on the restaurant terrace.
- Is parking free for hotel guests? Yes, all accommodated guests have access to free, secure parking directly in front of the hotel.
- Can I pay by credit card? Yes, we accept all major credit cards at the reception and in the restaurant.
- Do you have facilities for young children? Yes, we offer baby cots upon request, an indoor playroom, an outdoor playground, and a common room.
RESTAURANT TERCHOVSKÁ KOLIBA
- Do you offer gluten-free and vegan meals? Yes, we offer gluten-free versions of traditional Slovak meals (like halušky) as well as tasty vegan alternatives.
- Do hotel guests get a discount in the restaurant? Yes, guests staying at Hotel Diery*** receive a special discount at our Terchovská Koliba during their stay.
- Do I need to book a table in advance? For small groups, it's usually not necessary. However, for weekends, dinners, or large groups, we recommend booking in advance.
- Where can I park if I only visit the restaurant? You can park right in front of the koliba. The first 90 minutes are free for restaurant guests.
WELLNESS AND RELAX
- Is wellness entry included in the room price? Yes, access to the wellness center is included in the price of accommodation.
- Do I need to book wellness and massages in advance? Yes, to ensure your comfort, capacity is limited. We recommend booking at check-in.
- Are children allowed in the wellness center? Yes, but during specific family hours (usually early afternoon) to ensure quiet relaxation for adults in the evening.
- What does the wellness center include? A Finnish sauna, steam sauna, infra sauna, hot tubs, a relaxation zone, and professional massages.
- Where exactly do the Jánošíkove diery trails start? The main entrance is located directly behind our Hotel Diery*** in Biely Potok. You can park your car here and start hiking right away.
- Are the trails suitable for small children? The "Dolné" and "Nové" diery trails are easy and suitable for families. The "Horné diery" section is more challenging (ladders and chains) and recommended for older children.
- Are Jánošíkove diery open in winter? Yes, they are open year-round. In winter, they offer beautiful icefalls. Good hiking boots and crampons are essential.
- How long does the hike take? The basic short loop takes 2-3 hours. A full hike including Malý or Veľký Rozsutec takes 6-8 hours.
