RESTAURANT TERCHOVSKA KOLIBA DIERY - PROPER SLOVAK KOLIBA WITH HOMEMADE FOOD
Terchovská Koliba Diery is an inherent part of hotel Diery*** and very well known Slovak traditional restaurant in Terchova. This authentic cabin-like restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. You can enter the restaurant through the reception or directly through the terrace. Right in the middle of the restaurant, a great fireplace enhances the atmosphere.
The restaurant menu is full of truly traditional meals made of fresh ingredients mostly from the local producers. A group of chefs from old Terchová families, that is a guarantee of quality preparation and honest Slovak food. Some of the meals can be also prepared in vegan and gluten free versions. You can also find a vide variety of quality Slovak wines and draft beers from local small breweries.
All the guests accommodated in the hotel can utilize a discount on the whole consumption during their stay.
The capacity of the restaurant is 90 seats in two separate rooms, with additional 50 seats on the terrace. There is also a play room for children and external playground near the terrace.
You can park your car right in front of the restaurant. The parking is free of charge for the first 90 minutes.
